“sexting” is a term for a kind of text messaging common among teens that often involves sending erotic, nude pictures. Experts say that 1/3 of 10-12 graders have sent or received ‘sexting’ messages via cell phone. For kids in grades 4 to 6, 10% have admitted to the same. However such kind of practice is raising eyebrow of legal experts because such kind of naughty SMS is raising a whole set of legal issues.
